What’s included:
No prepaying for photos you haven’t seen. Your child will receive 2–5 images in both color and black and white, delivered to a private, password-protected gallery. You choose which ones to order. Prints are professionally packaged and delivered directly to the school or shipped to your home — whichever you prefer.

How many students can you accommodate?
A.I’ve provided school portrait services to schools with as few as 50 and as many as 800 students and faculty.
How do parents see their photos?
A.Every student receives a link to a private, password-protected online gallery. Families can browse their child’s images and choose what to order — no prepay required.
When are galleries delivered?
A.Galleries are delivered as quickly as possible after photo day — typically within one week.
How does ordering work?
A.Parents order directly through the online gallery. Prints ordered within the first two weeks are delivered to the school. Orders placed after that are shipped directly to the family’s home.
Are the images expensive?
A.My rates are competitive and nothing is due upfront from the school. All revenue comes through parent purchases. I offer a variety of print collections, digital downloads, and à la carte products to fit a range of budgets.
When do you offer portrait sessions?
A.I can work with your school’s academic calendar. Many schools choose to offer both a fall and a spring session so families can see how much their children have grown throughout the year.
Do you photograph teachers and staff?
A.Yes! All staff present on photo day receive a complimentary digital headshot for personal or professional use.
Do you offer sibling photos?
A.Sibling photography is handled on a school-by-school basis. I’m happy to discuss what works best for your school during our initial conversation.
Can we use the images for our yearbook?
A.Absolutely. I provide all high-resolution digital files to the school at no additional charge for use in yearbooks, school websites, ID cards, and school records.
