It all begins before you ever step in front of the camera.


I like to start with a simple, thoughtful conversation. We talk about what you do, who you serve, and how you want people to feel when they see your photo. Are you warm and approachable? Confident and polished? Creative and a little playful?

On the day of your session, you don’t need to come in knowing how to pose or what to do. That’s my job. On shoot day, I take the pressure off. No “say cheese,” and no rigid posing. Instead, I guide you with simple, natural prompts. Tiny movements, shifts in posture, and real expressions that come from conversation, not performance. Think of it more like hanging out with a friend who happens to have a camera.


I gently guide you through the entire process with simple direction that feels natural and easy. Small shifts in posture, a relaxed turn of the shoulders, a genuine reaction during conversation. Those are the moments that create the most authentic images.


There’s no pressure to perform. No stiff instructions. No “perfect smile.”

Lighting and background play a huge role, too. I choose setups that flatter your features and fit your brand, whether that’s clean and modern, soft and editorial, or vibrant and energetic. Finally, I edit with a light touch. I will remove temporary distractions (like a blemish or lint on a blazer), but I will never over-retouch you into someone else. Your skin should still look like skin. Your eyes should still look like yours.
