I loved meeting Arianna, a smart, extraordinary and lovely young woman! She and her parents met me in downtown Raleigh, NC on a humid evening after a storm. She was excited to take her senior portraits despite the weather, and her enthusiasm was contagious. Her school activities included volleyball, swimming, and volunteering, but her winning personality was what I noticed about her when we first met. Her bubbly and warm disposition was infectious as we took pictures in her volleyball uniform and cap and gown in different urban settings downtown. When she and her fun parents changed into their red Carnegie Mellon t-shirts and brought out some red, black and white balloons, I knew we were going to have some fun and take some amazing pictures! We enjoyed seeing people walking by on the street who cheered her on saying, “Congratulations!” The love this family has for each other really shows in these images, and you can see how proud they are of her. I wish Arianna the best of luck at Carnegie Mellon University in the fall. She’s on her way to do great things!
